Cemetery Trustee Meeting
August 30, 2018 – 5:30 p.m.
Present: David Pinckney, Linda Fisher (trustees); Leslie Ari (alternate trustee); Donna Chagnon (resident)
Old Business
- Leslie was approved to vote in the absence of trustee, Mark McIntosh.
- July meeting minutes were approved.
- Donna updated the committee on decisions regarding owned lots in Levitt Cemetery.
- The committee agreed to update current deed forms by adding an acknowledgment of Cemetery Rules & Regulations to be signed by the buyer.
- Cemetery Rules & Regulations were updated. Leslie will distribute the draft.
- Blaze Konefal (Trustee of the Trusts) will attend September’s meeting to speak about trust fund reimbursements.
- Discussion regarding the filing system overhaul was postponed due to time constraints.
- Fall Work Day set for October 20th with a possible rain date of October 27th.
New Business
- The committee agreed to further pursue the hiring of a sexton.
- The committee agreed to further pursue the maintenance of Hook Cemetery.
